What is changing

The DocumentReference  endpoint data can now be filtered by the _LastUpdated parameter. This standard search parameter is used to match resources based on when the most recent change has been made.

Why we’re making the change

We’re making this change to enable fixability and enhance the usability of our FHIR APIS. We are in the process of supporting this parameter across all R4 FHIR resources.
