What is changing

We’re now supporting the ServiceRequest R4 FHIR resource. Vendors can now use ServiceRequest to get the record of procedure, diagnostic or other services entered on patient charts.

Why we’re making the change

We’re making this change to continue expanding our API collection in the FHIR standard format allowing us to take forward steps towards an open, collaborative platform and industry interoperability.

What will current users of the endpoint need to update in their code

This is a new endpoint. If users would like to utilize this offering, they will need a new configuration.

What will happen if users of the endpoint do not update their code

This is not a breaking change, so nothing will happen if changes are not made.
