Your Marketplace listing page is the crown jewel of your athenahealth inbound marketing campaign. The first couple sentences should capture the reader’s imagination with the results they should expect from partnering with you. Next, highlight what makes your solution unique and what the competitive advantages are over other similar solutions. Close out your message with how easy it is to get started. Below you will find a brief description of the components of your marketplace page followed by an example screenshot identifying the sections of the website:

Your opportunity to sell your offerings to a potential customer. This is the first thing a prospect will read on your Marketplace listing so make sure your first couple sentences inspire them to learn more. 

Media Collateral 

Here you can showcase a demo of your offering, a testimonial from a customer or any other multi-media content a prospect will find interesting 

Aggregate Rating 

Your aggregate rating on the Marketplace. Do you spend money on low rated things? Neither do your prospects. Make sure you ask your customers to write you a review. 

Lead Generation 

The “Get Started Now” button is where you want your prospect to click. It brings them to the form that generates a lead from the athenahealth marketplace into your funnel. 

# of Practices Using this Product 

 

Prospects will use the number of athenahealth customers you’ve partnered with as a proxy for “Product Market Fit”. The more customers you have, the more confidence prospects will have in your offering. Consider the ratio between how many customers you have and how many reviews you have. 

Supporting Documentation 

Case studies with current customers are a great story telling tools that inspire prospects to be successful like the examples in the case study. 

 

Data sheets can be a helpful way to show case a specific element of your service offering.

Customer Reviews 

Reviews from other users has an outsized influence on consumer behavior. Be sure to ask your customers to leave you a review.
