Record when patient statements are sent out by a third party vendor

POST
/v1/{practiceid}/patientpayvendors/{vendorcode}/statements

This API records when patient statements are sent out by a third party vendor. It is used when patient statements have been turned off by athena in order to allow those communications be handled by a third party vendor, which generally instructs the patient on how to complete the payment using the third party vendor's patient pay platform.

Enrolls/unenrolls patients from a third party vendor's patient pay services

POST
/v1/{practiceid}/patientpayvendors/{vendorcode}/patientenrollment

For Partial Patient Pay vendors (i.e. when all patients are NOT required to use the third party vendor's services), this API allows the third party vendor to inform athena when a patient has enrolled with their services so that athena can stop sending billing statements to that patient.

Allows third party vendors to indicate who owns managing the dunning levels for a patient or claim

POST
/v1/{practiceid}/patientpayvendors/{vendorcode}/changeageingownership

This API informs athena whether or not athena should manage dunning levels for a given claim. The default result of enrolling a patient is that athena will NOT manage the patient or their claims dunning levels, which means that the third party vendor is expected to manage this information. If the third party vendor wants athena to assist in managing the dunning levels even while the third party vendor owns sending patient statements and collecting their payment, they can use this API accordingly. Note that athena will manage the dunning levels in the VENDORTRANSACTIONBILLINGBATCH table when this API is used as opposed to the TRANSACTIONBILLINGBATCH table that is used when athena handles patient statements. This means that self-pay reminders would NOT be triggered even when using this API since they are tied to the TRANSACTIONBILLINGBATCH table.
